A regular registration is required for each accepted paper, including brief announcements. The system has been configured to allow an author to register more than once if needed.

If you are registering one or more accepted papers, including brief announcements, select the Early Regular Registration (£460.00) option for each paper. Note that student registration is reserved for student attendance only, not to cover a paper's registration fee.

Fees

• Early Regular (until May 6, 2025): £460
• Late Regular (after May 6, 2025): £580
• Early Student (until May 6, 2025): £250 (proof of enrollment may be requested)
• Late Student (after May 6, 2025): £350 (proof of enrollment may be requested)

What’s Included

The registration includes all coffee breaks, one lunch per day, the welcome reception, the walking tour, the social dinner, and the costs of publishing the online, open-access proceedings.

It does not include the accommodation, breakfast, and dinners (other than the social dinner); however, the limited number of discount hotel rates available do include breakfast.
